Your team
We're looking for a Senior Content Performance Executive to join our fantastic Content team, part of Flutter UK & Ireland! The ideal candidate in this position is someone with extensive analytical experience, who is able to run SQL and is knowledgeable on commercial performance forecasting. You will have a meaningful role in optimising our Flutter UKI casino games portfolio through recognising trends and analysing customer preferences.
You'll be working in a team that lives and breathes customer safety, experts in understanding who our customers are and how we can best support them to play positively. Providing support not only across the Customer Safety Tribe, but to wider business stakeholders, including global brands. Our insights and knowledge won't stop there, as we look to drive meaningful change across the industry.
This role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.
What You’ll Do
As Senior Content Performance Executive your duties will include...
- Game Performance Analysis: Analyse the performance of casino games, including player engagement metrics, retention rates and profitability.
- Data analysis: Ideating and creating new reports utilising data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay updated on the latest developments in the gaming market. Benchmark our performance against competitors and find opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Stakeholder management: Work closely with a range of stakeholders across multiple teams to support and drive content optimisation strategies.

How You’ll Do It
- Analytical skills: Experience in reporting tools including Excel, Looker, SQL, Redshift, all data platform experience welcome.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the iGaming industry (preferably casino), including game mechanics, player behaviour, and market dynamics.
- Statistical Analysis: Strong statistical analysis capabilities, demonstrating proficiency in applying statistical techniques to analyse complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and findings to collaborators at differing levels.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify and pursue opportunities in the space and capable of selling the potential internally.
