Sr Contract Lead | Recruitment | London | Hybrid
Inherit a 4-head-team already hitting £25k WGP, on a desk that is built on legacy clients.
Leading from the front, you’ll inherit a book that currently generates £500k a year in the ERP space, with scope to expand to 7 figures, with share options and a wealth creation play on the table.
This established contract desk will play a key role in the next phase of business growth; you will have autonomy to build and develop the team with additional 2 hires already approved for the new lead that takes on this opportunity.

Who they're looking for
- Existing leadership experience with a strong contract recruitment background
- Senior or Principal Consultants ready to step into leadership
- Experienced 360 recruiters with proven billing and BD success
- Experience within Microsoft Dynamics, ERP or adjacent technology markets
