Role Description
The Senior Contract Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of commercial contracts across Nebula Global Workforce’s global operations. This role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. The Senior Contract Manager will collaborate closely with legal, finance, sales, and operations teams to assess risk, define contract terms, and resolve contractual issues. The role also involves contributing to the development of scalable contract frameworks that support Nebula Global Workforce’s international growth.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and lifecycle management within a commercial or technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge of international employment, cross-border compliance, and regulatory frameworks related to global workforce management.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, issue resolution, and developing standardized contract templates and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex contractual concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with legal, finance, sales, and operations teams and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to documentation and record-keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field; a legal qualification or advanced degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior contract management or similar role, ideally in an international or tech-enabled services company.
- Comfort working with contract management tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
