Senior Contracts Manager
Location: Birmingham B4 6GA or London NW1 2DN – 3 days per week in the office Security Clearance: BPSS
Core Experience Requirements
The role requires senior-level expertise in the following areas:
- Experience in applying specialised contract management knowledge, recognised by peers as an industry authority who advises others on competence and educates junior professionals.
- Corporate contract management in publicly funded projects, including:
- Experience working with publicly funded bodies such as central government departments
- Hands-on experience with different forms of contracts and risk allocation management
- Ability to manage Professional Services contracts through the full contract management lifecycle, including dynamic risk assessment and allocation.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Coordinate and oversee contract management tasks, supporting team resources to ensure efficient delivery.
- Demonstrate analytical, commercial and negotiating expertise to manage complex contracts.
- Lead stakeholders through contract change processes, ensuring smooth transitions and aligned expectations.
- Manage contract-related risks, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate adverse impacts.
