The Opportunity
You’ll be leading our largest or most geographically dispersed projects with true operational control—driving safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery across multiple workstreams.
This is an influential, leadership-focused role at the heart of our business—where your end-to-end coordination ensures projects exceed technical, commercial, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Leadership
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale retrofit projects spanning insulation, systems, ventilation, solar, and remediation across multiple sites and regions.
- Provide strategic leadership for Contracts Managers, Supervisors, and trusted subcontractors, fostering accountability and drive.
- Align with Aran’s commercial and contractual strategy, ensuring projects meet programme obligations and deliver projected outcomes.
Resource & Compliance Management
- Coordinate planning, labour allocation, equipment supply and logistics across geographically diverse locations, including sites from the Folkestone coast to Lincolnshire and Oxfordshire.
- Apply and reinforce CDM best practices, site Rams, and company safety procedures, ensuring all external parties adhere to Aran’s safety standards.
- Monitor quality assurance to maintain Aran’s reputation for delivering premium standards—encouraging right-first-time excellence.
Stakeholder Relations & Accountability
- Act as the primary interface between Aran and clients, providing operational updates, resolving issues, and closing trades efficiently.
- Represent Aran’s energy projects in client interactions, ensuring alignment between goals, technical solutions, and commercial expectations.

What We’re Looking For
If you thrive in a leader role, and are driven to deliver results across multi-national projects—where every detail matters, you could be the person to propel us forward.
Requirements
- Site management experience: Proven track record in construction, retrofit, or electrical projects, with geographic delivery focus.
- Multi-disciplinary leadership: The ability to influence subcontractors and delivery teams across varied sites andoviations from day one concerning high-specification and capability.
- Regulatory mastery: Strong understanding of health & safety, CDM, RAMS, and contract compliance—working in live operational environments where timely solutions are key.
- Commercial & quality commitment: A collaborative, solution-driven approach that prioritises client satisfaction and and optimises efficiency and quality.
Essential
- Full UK driving licence—this position requires regular travel between sites.
- Flexibility: Travel may include travelling multiple days on end, starting before 7 am (local time), and extending capture schedules often into Lincolnshire or Oxfordshire from Folkestone.
- Company additions: Krügerertos and Allies may exercise pre-18th March contracts.
