Senior Contract Recruiter / Business Development Manager (Salesforce & Maximo) MaxAccelerate Technology Group ๐ Remote | ๐ Global Markets | ๐ฐ High Commission | ๐ High Growth Overview This is not a traditional recruitment role. At MaxAccelerate Technology Group, we operate at the intersection of: Salesforce Consulting IBM Maximo / EAM AI & Data Transformation You will be responsible for: ๐ Winning new contract business ๐ Positioning consultants into live and speculative opportunities ๐ Creating demand from the market โ not waiting for it What Youโll Be Doing๐ฅ Business Development First (Core Focus) Identify and win new contract opportunities across: Salesforce ecosystem (SI partners, end clients) IBM Maximo / EAM clients & partners Build relationships with: System Integrators Consulting Partners End Clients Recruiters (for split deals / collaboration) Drive outbound activity: LinkedIn outreach Email campaigns Market mapping ๐ฏ Market-Led Opportunity Creation (Key Differentiator) Monitor live job postings across job boards and marketplaces Identify roles where we can immediately supply consultants Match bench consultants to these opportunities Proactively contact: Hiring managers Recruiters Talent teams Using: LinkedIn (InMail / direct outreach) Email outreach Recruitment tools ๐ Objective: Turn job adverts into new business opportunities ๐ Not just applying โ owning the relationship and the deal ๐ฅ Consultant Placement & Bench Sales Actively market available consultants (โbenchโ) into the market Use a candidate-led sales approach: Present consultants before roles exist Create demand around strong profiles Position consultants into: Partners End clients Recruiters ๐ 360 Recruitment Execution (Supporting Function) Take and qualify job briefs Source and qualify candidates when required Manage full lifecycle: Client engagement โ submission โ interview โ close Negotiate rates and commercial terms ๐ Pipeline & Deal Ownership Build and manage your own pipeline: Clients Opportunities Active deals ๐ Expectation: You begin generating deals from Month 2 onwards What Makes This Role Different This is not: โ A delivery-only recruiter role โ Sitting on jobs waiting for candidates โ Internal recruitment This is: โ A BD-led recruitment / consultancy role โ Focused on creating and winning opportunities โ Built on bench sales + market conversion strategy โ A career step into tech consulting and commercial growth Compensation & Structure ๐ฐ High commission earning potential โ No cap ๐ Flexible working (full-time / part-time options) ๐ Remote Working (With Progression) Initial period: Remote with full support during onboarding After 6-month probation: ๐ Work from anywhere in the world you choose This is designed to give you: Stability while ramping up Full freedom once youโre performing What You Get Access To Existing bench of Salesforce & Maximo consultants Global partner ecosystem CRM, contracts, invoicing handled centrally AI-powered lead generation tools Support with: Deal structuring Closing Positioning Requirements 2+ years in tech recruitment (contract preferred) Proven experience in: 360 recruitment OR business development Winning clients and closing deals Strong ability to: Generate leads from job boards and outbound activity Convert opportunities into revenue Sell consultants into the market Experience in one or more: Salesforce IBM Maximo / EAM AI / Cloud / Data Ideal Profile You are: A commercially driven recruiter looking for a step up Interested in moving into a tech consultancy environment Comfortable with outbound BD and creating opportunities Entrepreneurial and self-managed This Role is NOT for You If You only want to fill roles given to you Youโre not comfortable with outbound business development You want a fixed, structured recruitment role You are not motivated by performance-based earnings Why Join MaxAccelerate We combine: Recruitment Consulting AI-powered go-to-market Giving you: ๐ More access to clients ๐ More opportunities to close deals ๐ A clear path beyond recruitment into consulting-led growth Closing If youโre ready to: Move beyond traditional recruitment Step into a more commercial, consultancy-driven role And significantly increase your earning potential ๐ Letโs talk.
