About the Company
Our client is a privately owned and highly respected commercial fit-out contractor with an annual turnover of over £50 million. Operating across London and Zones 1 & 2, they have built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality workplace projects for a prestigious client base.
The business specialises in CAT A & CAT B fit-outs, specialist works and furniture installations, delivering projects typically valued between £1 million and £20+ million. Their collaborative, transparent approach has seen them grow consistently while maintaining a boutique level of service that sets them apart from larger contractors.
With an exciting pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to strengthen their leadership team.
The Opportunity
As Senior Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit-out projects across London. You'll lead Project Managers and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the exceptional quality standards the business is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects.
- Lead, mentor and support Project Managers and site teams across live sites.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor programme, commercial performance and project risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Chair project progress meetings and report on performance to senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure contractual obligations and company standards are consistently achieved.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager who has:
- A proven track record delivering multiple commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience within CAT A & CAT B office fit-out.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience.
- Outstanding communication and client-facing abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to quality.
