We are currently recruiting a Senior Controller to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly P&L closure process for the assigned companies.
- Perform rigorous analytical control of the assigned projects, explaining every deviation for presentation to the Country Manager and CEO.
- Monitor project cash flows thoroughly, oversee all cash transactions, and propose cash management improvements.
- Prepare the monthly Reporting Package (P&L + CF) of the assigned projects accurately and on time.
- Assist in analyzing monthly and annual tax compliance.
- Assist in the auditing process of the assigned companies, actively participating in meetings with auditors and other advisors.
- Manage the financial aspects of the assigned Project Finance contracts, acting as the main point of contact with Lenders.
- Analyze financial risks, present findings, and recommend improvements to management.
- Lead the preparation of financial Forecast, Budget and Strategic Plan, and ensure their accurate and timely reporting to Corporate.
- Mentor junior team members in technical finance skills.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and cash management.
- Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, financial reporting, and ERP and Power BI systems.
- Prior experience in Project Finance and/or the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is a plus.
- Experience in audit coordination and internal controls.
