Help shape the future of experimentation
At Fresh Egg, we're passionate about helping ambitious brands create better digital experiences through experimentation, insight and continuous optimisation.
We're looking for a Senior Conversion Strategist to join our Conversion Services team. If you're naturally curious, love solving customer problems and get excited by using data to make better decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work with a diverse range of clients to develop experimentation strategies that drive measurable business growth. From uncovering user insights and prioritising hypotheses to launching A/B tests and presenting results, you'll play a leading role in helping our clients make smarter decisions and achieve meaningful outcomes.
This is a hands-on strategic role where you'll collaborate with specialists across UX, Analytics, SEO, Development and Client Services to deliver best-in-class experimentation programmes.
What you'll be doing
- Developing experimentation and personalisation strategies that align with client goals.
- Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to identify user behaviour, conversion barriers and opportunities.
- Creating robust hypotheses and prioritising testing roadmaps based on commercial impact.
- Designing and shaping experiment concepts, working closely with UX designers and developers.
- Setting up, QA'ing and monitoring A/B tests and personalisation campaigns.
- Turning results into clear, actionable insights that clients can understand and act on.
- Leading client workshops, strategy sessions and performance reviews.
- Exploring how AI can enhance research, insight generation and experimentation workflows.
- Supporting new business opportunities through proposals, pitches, webinars and thought leadership.
- Helping evolve Fresh Egg's Conversion Services offering by sharing ideas, best practice and industry knowledge.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
