Senior Coordinator, FOB Planning
Location

Mon – Fri (37.5 hours), eligible for virtual/flexible working
Queries to: Senior Manager, Procurement (EMEA & Asia)
About the Role
This role will be responsible for facilitating all procurement activities related to fulfilling products shipped directly from factories to international customers, in close collaboration with the Far East logistics team, local Sales and Credit Management Teams, and Funko HQ (Everett, WA).
Responsibilities
- Create, issue, and maintain supplier purchase orders for direct customer shipments to the EMEA and APAC regions
- Coordinate with the Hong Kong office for all EMEA/APAC shipments, including:
- Updating customer pricing in shipping invoices
- Resolving logistics/supply issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide internal and external stakeholders with necessary reports to manage customer shipping projections proactively
- Act as single point of contact for all shipping matters concerning direct freight, ensuring smooth/clear transfer of ownership per customer Incoterms
- Collaborate with Funko Far East & Funko USA teams to plan and coordinate imports from APAC factories
- Support the sales organisation with:
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and credit note enquiries
- VIP customer allocation tracking
- Maintain visibility of expected revenue in collaboration with Sales
- Ensure data accuracy across systems (365/NAV/Customer order book) and reconcile discrepancies
- Build constructive relationships with key stakeholders for seamless operations

Requirements
- Previous experience in procurement/logistics administration
- ERP system knowledge, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Understanding of import/export (global trade) procedures
