Senior Corporate Associate
Senior Corporate Associate – Guildford, South of London
A leading UK Top 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Associate to join their dynamic team in Guildford, South of London.
About the Role
You will join the firm’s specialist corporate team, recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise. The team handles a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurs and mid-market enterprises.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on a variety of matters such as corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, shareholder and board advisory services, and general corporate governance.
- Managing your own caseload, taking the lead on transactions.
- Supporting Partners on high-value and complex matters.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PQE (Post Qualifying Experience) in corporate law, gained at a well-regarded private practice firm.
- A solid technical understanding of corporate law.
