Senior Corporate Counsel - VC-Tech
Corporate Lawyer Opportunity
The excellently growing investor-backed technology company operating within the physical AI sector is seeking a corporate lawyer to join its expanding legal team.
Based in the UK with an international remit, the business develops pioneering technology for a global client base, working with several blue-chip organisations. This position offers a hands-on in-house role in a fast-paced, ambitious team while supporting high-value corporate transactions and international expansion (current valuation $400m).

Key Responsibilities
- Advising on equity financing rounds and wider corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating investment agreements and shareholder documentation
- Supporting corporate governance and Companies Act compliance
- Reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements
- Providing practicle, commercially focused legal advice across the business
- Managing relationships with external counsel as required
Requirements
- Qualification: England & Wales barrister or solicitor (6-12+ years PQE)
- Experience: Strong corporate legal background from a well-regarded law firm
- Industry Preference: Exposure to venture capital (VC) and high-growth tech transactions is advantageous
- Attributes: Ability to work independently in a lean legal environment, with a pragmatic, commercial mindset
