Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

This is a brand-new position for a tenacious revenue generating professional, with the prospect of this person becoming the charity’s first Head of Business Development within 12 months.
Start date: July/August 2026 Reporting to: Director of Development Contract & hours: Permanent. Full-time or part-time (min 4 days pw) Direct Reports: None Hybrid: 1-2 days pw in East London
Inspire! are a London-based social mobility charity that connects young people with employers, workplaces and career opportunities.
You will be tasked with: Identifying new business development opportunities Developing and building a robust pipeline of new prospect Securing multi-year agreements with corporates across the Corporate and Trust and Foundations sector Work with the SLT to develop and implement their longer-term income generation strategy

The Senior Partnerships & Business Development Lead will have: Successfully of identified, secured, and developed multiple long-term corporate partnerships at five figures or above. Experience in planning and managing corporate fundraising programmes An understanding of corporate CSR programmes A background of working across the education, employability and/or the charity sector
Inspire! are seeking a commercially minded and relationship driven professional with expertise in sales and new business acquisition, pipeline development and nurturing productive relationships. It is fundamental to the success of this role that the successful candidate is enthusiastic about advancing social mobility of young people.
