Venn Group are partnered with a leading national Legal 500 firm who is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded tier 1 Corporate team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of one of the region's strongest corporate practices, advising an impressive client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs through to larger corporate organisations on complex and high-value transactions.
The Opportunity
You'll work on a broad range of corporate matters including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Share and asset sales and acquisitions
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations
- Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)
- Shareholder agreements and constitutional matters
- General corporate advisory work

About You
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Corporate law
- Experienced in handling M&A transactions and general corporate matters
- Commercially minded with strong technical ability
- Comfortable managing client relationships and developing new business
- Keen to play an active role in the continued growth of a successful team
