💼 Senior Cost Consultant 📍 Central London | 💰 £65,000 – £80,000 + Bonus | 🏡 Hybrid – 2 Days WFH
A brilliant opportunity for a Senior Cost Consultant to join a progressive multidisciplinary consultancy delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across London.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities Manage cost consultancy services from pre- to post-contract Lead and mentor junior team members Oversee cost control, estimates, and procurement strategies Negotiate contracts and manage supply chain engagement Deliver cost reporting, valuations, and contractor payments Liaise with clients and champion innovation in technology and MMC

📋 Skills & Experience Required 6+ years’ experience as a Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor Strong background in hospitality, residential, or mixed-use projects Consultancy or developer experience preferred MRICS/MCIOB qualified (or equivalent) Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Passion for modern methods of construction and sustainability
