Your role:
You’ll take ownership of MEP cost management across major data centre builds—handling everything from early-stage cost planning through to procurement, contract administration, and final account.
You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s sharpest minds, gaining deep expertise in mission-critical environments where MEP packages are at the heart of project success.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or main contractor
- Strong exposure to MEP packages (essential)
- A proactive mindset with the ambition to step into senior leadership
- Experience on large-scale or complex projects (data centres ideal, but not essential)
