Your focus: You’ll lead on CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) packages across major data centre builds—driving cost planning, procurement strategy, and commercial delivery from inception through to completion. About you: Background as a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor Strong CSA package experience Ambition to step into a senior role with leadership responsibility Experience on large, complex builds (data centre experience a bonus, not a requirement) If you want your next move to genuinely change your trajectory—not just your title—this is the opportunity to do it.
