Job Description: Senior Cost Manager
We seek personable, enthusiastic, and energetic professionals to join our Contract & Cost Management Team in our UK Infrastructure business, supporting growth and driving impactful outcomes.
Main Purpose
As a Senior Cost Manager, you’ll support client and Turner & Townsend projects and initiatives within our UK Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

Establishing friendly, professional relationships with:
- Clients
- Colleagues

Administering contracts to align with:
- Project objectives
- Company policies

Providing precise project reporting covering:
- Cost monitoring
- Forecasting
- Budget compliance

Proactively managing:
- Cost variances
- Contract cash flow
- Timely and correct applications

Collaborating with client/tech teams to ensure:
- On-time project deliverables
- Achievement of KPIs and objectives
- Programme performance
- Cost control
- Value engineering

Handling contract changes to:
- Maintain governance alignment
- Adopt best practices

Driving forecast & budget accuracy improvements

Offering commercial expertise to all stakeholders

Negotiating and agreeing final accounts

Ideal Experience & Qualifications

Education:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline

Professional membership:
- Ideally current/partially completed, e.g., CCAB-qualified + other relevant bodies
