We’re working with a leading London-based B2B brand experience agency that partners with some of the world’s most iconic brands to create beautifully designed and commercially successful customer experiences. Their work spans global launches, exhibitions, expos, congresses and summits — delivering cutting-edge experiences across both physical and digital spaces.
They’re now looking for a talented Senior Creative 3D Designer to join their team in their stunning Shoreditch offices, where creativity and collaboration thrive.
We’re looking for creative, detail-focused designers with strong spatial awareness and a passion for bringing ideas to life — people who can balance creativity, functionality, and technical precision to deliver stand-out brand experiences.

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000
Key Responsibilities
- Concept to Visualisation: Translate initial ideas into complete, highly detailed 3D spatial designs and atmospheric visuals.
- Design Hero Moments: Create the show-stopping installations, interactive sculptures, and architectural gestures that define each space.
- Lead the Narrative: Guide the creative spatial storytelling across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict consistency and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with internal creative teams, external suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure the design integrity remains intact through to completion.
- On-Site Art Direction: Travel occasionally within the United Kingdom and internationally to oversee the physical delivery and installation of your designs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
