Our Creative department
Our Creative department is the growth engine behind how our brands look, feel, and show up to the world. Sitting within our high performing Marketing function, this role works closely across brand marketing, campaigns, and product to turn strategy into standout creative across digital, social, retail, and beyond.
What you'll be doing:
We're looking for a Senior Creative with a sharp eye for design, a strong understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into standout creative across digital, social, retail, campaign and brand channels.
This isn't just about creating polished visuals. You'll help define creative direction, develop campaign concepts, guide design execution and ensure every touchpoint feels premium, consistent and commercially impactful.
- Lead the creative development of campaigns from ideations to execution across social, digital, retail, ecommerce, PR and brand channels
- Develop strong visual concepts, key visuals, campaign identities, moodboards, storyboards, and creative routes
- Translate briefs into premium, engaging, and commercially effective creative ideas
- Work across brand campaigns, product launches, retail activations, social content, email, web, packaging, and presentation design
- Collaborate closely with internal creative team and brand marketing stakeholders
- Help shape creative narratives from concept through to execution
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while pushing creative standards forward
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to support the wider creative team
- Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and aligned with brand objectives
- Stay ahead of design, beauty, tech, retail, social, and cultural trends
- Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders

Skills, knowledge & expertise:
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating strong creative, design, and campaign management experience
- A strong understanding of digital, social, e-commerce, and campaign creative
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to generate fresh, commercially relevant ideas
- Confidence presenting ideas and explaining creative rationale
- 3+ years' experience in creative advertising
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Ability to create premium, polished design work across multiple formats
- Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work at pace across multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards
- A proactive, highly motivated mindset with a genuine passion for design, beauty, culture, and creative trends
