Senior Social Creative Account Manager - Social-First Creative Agency
London (Shoreditch) | Hybrid
Salary: £50K - £52K
This role is for someone who excels at both conceptualizing campaign ideas and executing them on set.
About the Role
An award-winning, social-first creative agency with a diverse portfolio of home, interiors, and lifestyle brands is seeking a Senior Creative Account Manager. This is a genuine hybrid role, where you will manage campaigns from the initial idea to the final edit and serve as the primary partner for our discerning clients.
The Creative Bit
- Develop original social campaign concepts, creative territories, and visual directions
- Translate strategy into engaging social-first creative content
- Confidently present ideas to clients and the internal team, incorporating fresh cultural perspectives
The Production Bit
- Plan and execute shoots end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets, locations, and logistics
- Build a network of photographers, videographers, stylists, and creators
- Direct talent and crews on set, ensuring the story resonates
- Oversee post-production, providing creative feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables

The Account Bit
- Lead a small portfolio of interiors and lifestyle clients on a day-to-day basis
- Conduct client calls, manage feedback, and maintain timelines and budgets
- Produce monthly reports and identify new creative opportunities
- Mentor junior team members as the agency grows
Skills & Experience
- Understanding of how social creative work is made, sold, and delivered commercially
- Proven experience in planning, producing, and directing shoots
- Excellent creative judgment and deep understanding of social-first content
- Strong visual eye and a natural sense of taste
- Confident client management skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and creative ambitions

Location & Workplace Policy
- Shoreditch, East London
- Hybrid working: in the office Tuesday and Thursday (plus shoot days), with 2–3 days WFH flexibility
