Senior Creative- AGENCY
Senior Creative / Designer
Location: Belfast Contract: Full-time | Permanent Salary: Competitive
Are you a highly creative designer looking to make a real impact within a fast-paced, integrated agency environment?
We’re partnering with an award-winning creative full-service agency seeking a Senior Creative / Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping its future creative direction. This role is far more than a traditional design position—it’s an opportunity to:
- influence creative direction
- elevate studio standards
- deliver outstanding integrated campaigns across a diverse client portfolio
- collaborate with tallented cross-functional teams (strategy, digital, PR, media, events)
You’ll develop bold concepts, drive commercial results, and mentor junior creatives while helping define the agency’s creative vision.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Creative / Designer, you’ll oversee end-to-end creative projects, from brief interpretation to final delivery. Your strategic work will span:
- Advertising
- Branding and visual identity
- Digital assets
- Social media content
- Presentations
- Outdoor advertising
- Campaign assets
- Experiential and event branding
This appointment is designed to strengthen senior creative capability, foster innovation, and accelerate the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated creative projects: From concept development to artwork, production, and delivery
- Develop campaign ideas: Solve client challenges with compelling creative solutions
- Create high-impact work: Producing exceptional design across print, digital, social, and experiential formats
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with strategy, digital, PR, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Set high creativity standards: Establish and maintain rigorous studio processes
- Pitch and present: Articulate visual storytelling and creative strategy in proposals and client meetings
- Mentor junior designers: Foster skill development and boost team confidence
- Stay ahead: Monitor emerging trends in advertising, digital, motion, and AI-driven tools

About You
We seek candidates with a proven track record delivering impactful creative work in an agency setting. Your portfolio should exemplify versatility across:
Required Experience
- Extensive experience in integrated campaigns: unifying brand, digital, social, print, and presentation design
- Mastery of typography, layout, branding, and visual identity craft
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Seamless transition between strategic creative thinking and hands-on execution
- Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Highly advantageous:
- Skills in Figma, motion design, or AI-powered creative tools
- Demonstrable knowledge of UX/UI, motion graphics, video production

Desirable Experience
- Hands-on experience with integrated campaigns incorporating PR, events, and experiential elements
- Sharp art direction across photography, illustration, motion, and immersive content
- Experienced in developing visual concepts, mood boards, and pitch decks
- Experience in mentoring or coaching creative teams
