Job title: Senior Creative (Art/Copy)

Department: Creative

Reports to: Executive Creative Director

Location: London

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative who believes the best ideas don't just sell products — they become part of culture. This is a role for someone who is relentlessly curious, creatively ambitious and obsessed with craft. Someone who can turn sharp strategic thinking into ideas people remember, talk about and want to share. You'll be hands-on from brief to production, creating work that moves brands forward while raising the creative standard of everyone around you.

What You'll Do

Create Ideas That Matter

  • Develop original, culturally relevant ideas across every brief.
  • Turn strategic insights into distinctive creative platforms and campaigns.
  • Push beyond the obvious to create work that earns attention.
  • Deliver ideas that are as effective as they are unforgettable.

Champion Craft

  • Sweat every detail across writing, art direction, design and storytelling.
  • Work closely with designers, strategists, producers and makers to elevate every execution.
  • Bring the same level of care to a social post as you would a film or brand platform.
  • Never stop improving the work.

Collaborate Brilliantly

  • Build strong partnerships across disciplines and clients.
  • Give thoughtful feedback and welcome it in return.
  • Contribute positively to the creative culture of the agency.
  • Share ideas generously and inspire those around you.

Lead Through Creativity

  • Take ownership of projects from concept through production.
  • Present ideas with confidence, clarity and conviction.
  • Help mentor junior creatives through example and collaboration.
  • Play an active role in pitches and new business opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
