About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Creative to join a growing creative agency and play a key role in shaping the work they produce for a range of exciting brands.

This is a senior role for someone who thrives on turning big ideas into impactful content, from fast-moving social campaigns to large-scale integrated projects. You'll take ownership from pitch through to delivery, bringing strategic thinking, creative flair, and a hands-on approach to every stage of the process.

Working closely with creatives, producers, account teams, and clients, you'll help push ideas from good to great, ensuring the creative vision is clear, compelling, and delivered to the highest standard. You'll also play an important role in mentoring junior creatives and helping build a collaborative, ambitious creative culture.

Please note: this role is office/hybrid based in London, and we are unable to consider fully remote applicants. We are also unable to provide visa sponsorship, so candidates must already have the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading creative development across pitches and client briefs, creating bold ideas that align with brand objectives, audiences, budgets, and timelines.
  • Owning pitch deck creation and confidently presenting creative concepts to clients.
  • Collaborating with filmmakers, editors, animators, and wider teams to bring ideas to life and ensure a smooth transition from pitch to production.
  • Supporting projects through production, including attending shoots where required to maintain the creative vision.
  • Mentoring and inspiring junior creatives, providing feedback and helping develop talent across the team.
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for proactive pitching and creative growth.
  • Maintaining a high standard of creative output through attention to detail across scripts, decks, edits, and final delivery.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, platforms, and audience behaviours to bring fresh thinking and new ideas to projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
