We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join us here at Bromford Flagship Livewest to help shape and deliver exceptional visual communications across print, digital, and social media channels. You'll play a key role in creating engaging, accessible, and high-quality creative assets that strengthen our brand and enhance customer experiences.
Working closely with the Brand and Design Manager, you'll support the continued development of our visual identity, create impactful campaigns, and ensure consistency across every touchpoint. You'll be a trusted creative expert, helping colleagues bring their ideas to life while maintaining the highest standards of design and brand excellence.

Any Head Office location within BFL - Norwich, Tewkesbury, Exeter

Part Time - 22 hpw

Permanent - with Agile working
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing high-quality creative assets across print, digital, and social media channels.
- Supporting the development and evolution of the organisation's visual identity.
- Creating branded templates, assets, guidelines, and campaign materials.
- Acting as a brand guardian, providing expert advice on visual communication and brand consistency.
- Managing multiple design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with colleagues to shape briefs and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Working with external agencies, printers, and freelancers to maintain quality and brand standards.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and technology to keep creative output fresh and innovative.
- Ensuring all design collateral is accessible, inclusive, and engaging for diverse audiences.

What You'll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to deliver high-quality creative work across multiple formats and channels.
- Experience working with and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Understanding of how design and branding influence stakeholder engagement and organisational perception.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and website design principles, including UX and UI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent industry experience.
