About the Role:
We're looking for a bold, established, highly craft-focused Senior Creative Designer to join our Creative Studio and play a pivotal role in continuing to evolve the TodayTix brand. Your work will shape brand perception, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all channels.

Please note: This is a full-time and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What Success Looks Like:

- Seamless Collaboration – Partner effectively with key teams while maintaining leadership on your projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive concept development, explore creative directions, and lead ideation with a hands-on approach, ensuring ideas translate into polished and high-quality creative across all channels.
- Work independently by taking full ownership and responsibility for projects, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prioritise and manage creative projects thoughtfully, balancing craft, strategy, and impact to deliver best-in-class work.
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and transforming discussions into actionable, creative work.
- Research and understand the context behind every brief — the audience, the challenge, and the goal — before moving into creative execution.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- 5-8+ years of brand or marketing design experience, with a portfolio showcasing visually impactful, meticulously crafted, and strategically driven creative across multiple channels and formats.
- You think before you design – able to articulate the reasoning behind your creative decisions, connecting them back to business goals, brand strategy, and audience needs.
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills, with a refined aesthetic and a high level of craft across disciplines.
- Mastery of design tools – we primarily use Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (bonus points for motion design skills!).
- A team-first attitude – comfortable balancing strong creative opinions with openness to feedback, and comfortable adapting to direction, input, and evolving priorities to deliver the strongest creative result.
- A proactive and curious mindset – always seeking fresh ideas, better solutions, and new ways to push creative boundaries.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process, not as a shortcut, but as a way to think bigger and work smarter.
