Taylor Herring is an award-winning creative PR, social media, and influencer agency that delivers solid business outcomes for its consumer brand clients through smart thinking, creativity, and innovation. The agency is famous for its eye-catching, creative campaigns – which generate headlines, crash social media timelines, capture the imagination, and inspire people to take notice. Commercially and creatively driven, we deliver long-running PR programs as well as high-impact launch moments for consumer and entertainment brands.

Overview
Senior Creative
We’re hiring a Senior Creative to help shape bold, memorable work across a dynamic roster of clients. This is a role with real influence — you’ll partner closely with leadership, contribute to standout campaigns, and help elevate creative thinking across the agency. At Taylor Herring, creativity is at the center of everything we do, and you’ll play a key role in bringing that to life. Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with two Associate Creative Directors to develop big ideas across clients and new business pitches
- Generate original concepts that translate brand stories into impactful campaigns
- Contribute to creative work from initial idea through to execution, ensuring quality throughout
- Partner with teams across the agency to deliver integrated, effective creative solutions
- Support and mentor junior creatives, helping them grow their confidence and craft
- Bring a strong point of view to creative discussions while remaining open and collaborative
- Play an active role in building a positive, curious, and ambitious creative culture
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for:
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) within PR, advertising, or related creative environments
- A strong portfolio of ideas-led work that demonstrates strategic and creative thinking
- Ability to develop concepts that earn attention and resonate with audiences
- Confidence working across multiple briefs and adapting to different client needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and seniority levels
- A proactive mindset — comfortable taking initiative and ownership of your work
- Open to candidates transitioning into creative, including experienced Account Directors with a strong ideas background
