SENIOR CREATIVE
Salary – £60–65k Location – London/Hybrid
A leading London agency is expanding its creative team for an exciting AI Platform client. Their portfolio includes social campaigns, influencer work, TTL ads, augmented reality, and innovative AI-driven projects.
They’re seeking a Senior Creative who thrives as a creative visionary, culture-fit individual with impeccable taste, a forward-thinking mindset, and a deep appreciation for exceptional work. This is a high-energy team of smart, talented professionals who value open collaboration and humility.
JOB PURPOSE
In this role, you’ll tackle a dynamic range of projects—from quick creative responses to collaborative sprints and full-scale global productions. A broad background in creative problem-solving ensures seamless execution across diverse briefs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and refine award-winning ideas that command attention and evoke inspiration.
- Ensure on-brand, on-brief work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Champion craftsmanship, paying meticulous attention to detail at every level.
- Collaborate closely with the accounts team to streamline monthly production processes.
- Proactively suggest best practices and actively advocate for opportunities.
- Drive innovative, high-quality outputs for all deliverables.
- Stay informed on current advertising trends, media developments, and pop culture.
- Present work both internally and externally with professional polish.
- Monitor industry advancements and maintain strategic insights.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Have an AI-native expertise with a voracious curiosity for emerging technology.
- A standout portfolio across multiple disciplines, ideally including -tech, innovation, or AI-focused work.
- Strong art direction skills with a passion for craftsmanship and storytelling.
- Figma-as-native tool proficiency with decisive design execution.
- Depth of knowledge on latest tech trends and hands-on understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Proven ImageGen skills in generating high-quality imagery with AI ([priority for this role]).
- Strong collaboration, deadline-adherence, and pressure-resilience skills.
- A relentless drive to learn new tools and mediums proactively.
- Adaptable, low-ego approach—valuing collective success over individual recognition.
- Ability to mentor peers, offering guidance and support with enthusiasm.
- Experience with digital marketing, including platform functionalities and limitations.
