We’re looking for a Senior Creative Marketing Lead to take ownership of the creative marketing function across our global portfolio of live event brands.
This role sits within the wider marketing team, reporting into the Head of Marketing and working alongside our Paid Media Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading creative strategy, producing viral, performance-driven content, and managing a junior team member to deliver high-quality output across all campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that creative is the primary driver of performance. You’ll be responsible for developing campaign ideas, producing content that cuts through, and ensuring everything going to market is built to drive engagement, reach, and ultimately ticket sales.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Leading the creative marketing strategy across all event brands and campaigns
- Owning the development of campaign concepts, messaging, and creative direction from idea through to execution
- Producing and overseeing viral, performance-driven content across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
- Developing creative built specifically to capture attention, drive engagement, and convert into ticket sales
- Working closely with the Paid Media Manager to ensure all creative is optimised for performance across paid channels
- Managing and developing a junior creative team member, ensuring consistent, high-quality output
- Briefing and collaborating with videographers, photographers, designers, and content creators to produce campaign assets
- Planning and executing campaign launches for event tours, brand rollouts, and new concepts
- Leading creative sessions to generate new campaign ideas, themes, and event concepts
- Analysing performance data and translating insights into improved creative output
- Monitoring trends across social media, paid platforms, and events marketing to keep campaigns fresh and competitive
- Supporting influencer, PR, and partnership activity where required
- Working closely with internal teams across marketing, events, and entertainment to ensure campaigns align with show delivery

Working Pattern:
🏢 Monday – Friday: Office based (Oval, London, SW9)
This is a fully office-based role. No hybrid or remote working.
About You:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a creative or strategic marketing role within live events, music, or entertainment (essential)
- Proven ability to create or lead the production of viral, high-performing marketing content
- Strong understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok, Instagram, and short-form platforms
- Clear understanding of how creative drives performance across paid social
- Experience working with Meta Ads Manager (hands-on experience beneficial, but not the core focus)
- Experience managing or mentoring junior creatives
- Strong understanding of content production workflows (video, imagery, copy)
- Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of event marketing and ticket sales
- Confident leading creative direction and working cross-functionally with paid media and wider teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
