Role overview
The Senior Producer supports by leading campaign delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring high‑quality production across all channels. You’ll act as a subject‑matter expert for campaigns, guiding projects from brief to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Leadership Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns. Plan upcoming work with key stakeholders, client services and partner agencies. Lead pre‑production discussions and advise on post‑production needs. Create and manage cost estimates, timelines, and production schedules.
Project & Production Management Triage and consolidate client briefs. Brief internal teams (editors, VO, transcreation, business affairs). Manage VO bookings, usage rights, and broadcast requirements. Ensure all outputs meet brand standards and pass QC before release.

Client Partnership Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with stakeholders. Act as the client’s go‑to expert for production queries and best practice. Manage expectations around timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Attend briefings, reviews, and campaign wash‑ups.

Skills & experience
3+ years in a post‑production or creative production environment. Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills. Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑driven. Able to manage multiple projects and handle pressure calmly. Confident, collaborative, and a positive team player.
