You'll also work closely with our Event Creative & Merchandising Coordinator, helping develop the creative function while ensuring consistency and quality across all event brands as we continue to scale internationally.

With 25+ events taking place weekly across multiple territories, this is a fast-paced and highly creative role with significant opportunity to shape both existing brands and future event concepts.

  • Reviewing existing event formats and experiences, identifying opportunities to refresh creative elements, enhance audience engagement, and evolve event concepts over time
  • Creating and maintaining creative standards across all brands, ensuring consistency across multiple territories and venues
  • Supporting the development of new event concepts, themes, and creative experiences
  • Collaborating with the Talent team to ensure creative elements and performer experiences align with overall show concepts
  • Working alongside the Event Creative & Merchandising Coordinator to bring creative ideas to life and support the delivery of creative projects
  • Providing guidance and support across creative planning, implementation, and execution
  • Overseeing the creation, organisation, and rollout of theming packs, props, decor, and visual assets across multiple brands
  • Managing suppliers, fabricators, production partners, and creative contractors where required
  • Sourcing props, materials, set pieces, decor, and creative assets
  • Supporting production planning and logistics for creative elements across global events
  • Ensuring all creative assets, props, decor, and show materials are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Attending events where required to oversee creative delivery and identify opportunities for future development
  • Contributing to creative workshops and brainstorming sessions focused on future brand development and innovation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
