Lead exceptional creative projects. Build client partnerships. Drive innovation.

At Echo House, we're looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our industry-leading team.

As a market leader in Creative & Technical Design, Artworking, Printing, Experiential Brand Activation and Sustainable Production, we deliver world-class creative solutions for some of the world's most recognisable brands, luxury retailers, museums and visitor attractions.

This is an opportunity to work on everything from bespoke graphics and retail campaigns to large-scale nationwide rollouts, experiential activations, fabrication projects, digital animation and immersive brand experiences.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of every project, acting as the key link between our clients and our internal creative, technical and production teams.

You'll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to installation, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget. You'll provide strategic direction, creative guidance and commercial oversight while building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to develop and lead an Accounts Hub, managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers, Coordinators and Administrators.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
