OVERVIEW

We are a diverse creative services department who are responsible for delivering award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients, and we’re on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. Organised, calm and collaborative - we’re looking for a committed and proactive Senior Project Manager with experience managing campaigns, creative activations and live events. You possess the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and make decisions. You’re confident in leading a diverse team of creatives, designers and production specialists to ensure projects, events & activations are executed flawlessly. A sociable, positive & resourceful PM, who remains calm under pressure and enjoys working as part of a team!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Working as part of our Creative Services team, you will oversee the smooth running of creative projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day project schedules, creative deliverables, internal meetings and reviews & working closely with creative and account teams, to deliver high-quality work, on time and on budget.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, identify resourcing / staffing needs and timelines across multiple campaigns and departments
  • Project scoping, financial tracking & reporting
  • Monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems while proactively identifying solutions
  • Conduct and manage internal meetings to review status of all on-going projects
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships in our team, and across wider agency to encourage collaboration
  • Set and define new processes as needed
  • Overseeing the output of the team; acting as the final checkpoint to ensure quality is kept high across all projects.
  • Communicate project status both internally and externally according to agreed account process.
  • Be a valued team member and enjoy working with people from different disciplines within THE·TEAM, helping to keep our vibrant team culture.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing briefs from initial briefing to delivery
  • Experience working in a creative agency
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience across multiple disciplines such as design, editing, animation and production, and technical competence and understanding of a full creative process
  • Excellent understanding of project finances and commercials - estimating, scoping, timings, tracking and reporting.
  • Confident communication skills both internally and externally with client.
  • Comfortable and confident in working with all types of people is key and relationship-building is a big part of the job.
  • Be able to handle multiple projects at any given moment often under quick turnarounds.
  • Remain calm and personable even under pressure and when working to tight deadlines.
  • Be organised and methodical in their approach to work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Project management software such as Asana is a bonus!
