Senior Creative - Sport
London | £50-65k (DOE)
Senior Creative sought by an ambitious agency working with some of the world's biggest names in sport, to shape bold creative ideas across campaigns, social content and brand communications.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative thinker with a passion for sport, culture, and digital storytelling. You'll play a key role in developing standout campaign concepts, leading social-first creative, and helping shape the direction of a growing creative team.
Working across global sporting brands, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on ideation, creating work that resonates with audiences while mentoring junior creatives and influencing creative standards across the business.

Day-to-day:
- Develop original creative concepts across campaigns, social media, editorial content, and brand communications
- Create ideas designed for platform-first content, including short-form video, reactive content, and longer-form storytelling
- Write compelling copy and creative messaging across owned, earned, and social channels
- Present concepts and campaign ideas confidently to senior stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate closely with strategy, insights, communications, and project teams to deliver integrated creative solutions
- Support and mentor junior creatives while helping elevate the quality of work across the wider team
Key Experience/Skills:

- Extensive experience in a Creative or similar role within an agency or sports-focused environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign, social, and content-led creative work
- Exceptional conceptual thinking with excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
- Experience creating social-first ideas across multiple digital platforms
- Confident presenting creative work to senior clients and stakeholders
- Experience mentoring creatives and driving high creative standards
- Passion for sport, social media, and emerging cultural trends
