Creative Strategist
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes direct-response advertising. Someone who can spot winning creative angles before competitors do, turn customer insights into high-converting scripts, and collaborate with editors and designers to produce ads that scale.
This is not a role for someone who simply writes copy. You'll own the strategy behind the creative, using research, data, and AI to consistently produce winning concepts.
Our client is a DTC brand house that builds, owns, and scales consumer brands across 12+ e-commerce stores worldwide in the supplements, apparel, and lifestyle industries.
We're a lean, high-performing team that moves quickly, tests aggressively, and values ownership over bureaucracy.
The Kind of Creative You'll Build
You'll create concepts similar to (and ideally better than):
- AI UGC Talking Head Ads
- AI Product Integration Videos
- 3D Animated Ads
- Long-form Direct Response Video Scripts
- Advertorials & Landing Pages
- Static Meta Ads
What You'll Do
As our Creative Strategist, you'll own the creative process from research to execution.
Research & Strategy
- Conduct deep customer avatar research
- Analyze competitors and Meta Ad Library every week
- Discover fresh marketing angles and winning positioning
- Identify new hooks, mechanisms, and messaging opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
