Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist @ World-Leading Agency
Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
A world-leading agency, managing several brands across fitness, fashion, beauty, nutrition, wellness, and education, is looking for a Creative Strategist to sit at the intersection of performance, psychology, and paid social.
This isn't a brand role. It's a performance role. You'll own creative strategy across a portfolio of brands, building structured testing frameworks, writing copy that converts, and driving measurable improvements in CPA and ROAS across Meta and TikTok.
If you're obsessed with what makes ads work, thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment, and want to work across some of the most culturally relevant brands in the creator economy, this is the one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy across paid social for a portfolio of 5–6 creator brands
- Build and execute structured creative testing frameworks: hooks, formats, angles
- Write high-converting copy across all formats, hooks, ad copy, scripts, VSL outlines
- Brief video editors and designers with precision and clarity
- Use Motion and Foreplay to track performance and build a living creative intelligence system
- Deliver weekly creative performance reports: what's winning, what's dead, what's next
- Manage ad accounts end-to-end: uploading creatives, targeting, reporting
- Reduce CPAs and increase spend efficiency across all accounts you manage

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
