Senior Creative Strategist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist based in the United Kingdom.
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven creative professional who can transform customer insights into high-performing advertising concepts.
This role is focused on owning the creative strategy behind direct-response campaigns, from research and ideation to production and optimization.
You will work closely with creative teams to develop scalable ads across multiple formats, including video, static creatives, landing pages, and AI-powered content.
The ideal candidate combines strong marketing instincts with analytical thinking, using performance data to guide creative decisions.
You will play a key role in identifying new growth opportunities, testing innovative concepts, and improving campaign outcomes.

Accountabilities
The Senior Creative Strategist will own the end-to-end creative development process, ensuring advertising concepts are strategically grounded, compelling, and optimized for performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth customer research, competitor analysis, and market exploration to identify new creative angles, messaging opportunities, and winning positioning strategies.
- Analyze advertising trends, competitor activity, and performance insights to discover opportunities for stronger campaigns.
- Develop high-converting creative concepts, scripts, briefs, and messaging frameworks for short-form ads, long-form video sales letters, AI-generated content, landing pages, and static advertisements.
- Create detailed creative briefs that clearly communicate strategic direction, audience insights, and execution requirements to designers, editors, and copywriters.
- Collaborate with creative production teams to guide asset development and ensure all deliverables align with the intended strategy and performance goals.
- Review campaign performance data, identify successful patterns and improvement opportunities, and translate insights into new creative iterations.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, brainstorming, concept development, and content creation while applying strategic judgment to refine outputs.
- Continuously test new ideas, formats, and messaging approaches to improve advertising effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong experience in direct-response marketing, creative strategy, and performance advertising, with the ability to combine creativity, analytics, and AI-powered workflows. Required qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, Direct Response Copywriting, or a related field, ideally within DTC brands.
- Proven experience developing successful Meta ad concepts and understanding the factors behind high-performing campaigns.
- Experience collaborating directly with video editors, designers, copywriters, and creative production teams.
- Strong understanding of advertising metrics, creative performance analysis, and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically before execution and translate insights into clear, actionable creative direction.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- AI-native approach with daily experience using AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, and creative workflows.
- Availability to work with at least 6 hours of overlap between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT+3).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with consumer brands in industries such as supplements, health, beauty, apparel, or lifestyle products.
- Experience creating AI-generated UGC advertisements.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Ad Library.
- Knowledge of direct-response marketing frameworks such as AIDA, PAS, and value-based offer strategies.
- Experience using AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
