Job Title
Senior Creative Strategist
Reporting
This role reports to the Associate Creative Strategy Director.
Overview of the Job
As a Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll play a key role in developing creator-first strategies and creative responses for some of the region’s most exciting brands across CPG and Finance. Working closely with senior clients and internal teams, your mission is to:
- Transform complex business challenges into clear, culturally relevant, platform-native ideas
- Drive both brand impact and audience engagement
This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creators, culture, and creativity. Your responsibilities include:
- Campaign development
- Proactive opportunities
- New business pitches
- Shaping best-in-class creator marketing solutions for European markets

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop creator-first strategic recommendations in response to client briefs and business challenges.
- Translate complex client objectives into actionable, insight-led strategies and campaign narratives.
- Create platform-native ideas balancing:
- Brand objectives
- Audience needs
- Creator authenticity
- Cultural relevance
- Support proactive strategic opportunities and new business pitches.
- Build compelling strategic presentations—decks that communicate ideas visually and persuasively.
- Collaborate with Creative, Client Services, Media, and Talent teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions.
- Present strategic thinking confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay immersed in:
- Creator culture
- Platform developments
- Social trends
- Consumer behaviors across European markets.

What You’ll Need
- 6+ years’ experience in a Strategy or Creative Strategy role within:
- Creative, social, digital, or creator-focused agencies.
- Strong understanding of:
- European markets, including cultural nuance, consumer behaviors, social trends, and regional moments.
- Creator-first mindset, with a deep appreciation for how creators shape brand perception and drive measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to distill complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies and creative opportunities.
- Excellent storytelling and deck-building skills—with a track record of visually engaging strategic presentations.
- Strong client-facing experience, including confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach—able to:
- Work autonomously
- Manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative skills, with experience working across global teams and time zones.
- Commitment to influence, inspire, and bring teams along with strategic thinking.
