Senior Credit Analyst – London
This is a premier opportunity for an experienced professional to join a leading, globally recognized financial institution in a highly visible and influential market-facing role, focused on relative value credit analysis. Based in London (3 days/week in office, good work-life balance), you will take ownership of a dedicated European corporate sector portfolio — with sector coverage possible within TMT, Consumer/Retail, or Services/Healthcare. You will act as a prominent and trusted industry voice, driving the production of in-depth credit research to make critical investment decisions. You will be involved in:
- Conducting deep-dive fundamental credit analysis and bond/corporate structure evaluations on a dedicated portfolio of individual companies within your sector.
- Formulating and publishing high-quality, independent credit research, macro-trend papers, and actionable relative value analysis for a sophisticated institutional client base.
- Acting as a prominent, highly visible voice in the market, regularly engaging with key external contacts.
- Remaining closely attuned to rapidly evolving market and sector changes to consistently deliver timely, high-impact, and market-relevant research.
- Collaborating with a global team of seasoned analysts, while proactively training, developing, and mentoring junior team members.

You will have:
- Strong experience within investment-grade (IG) or high-yield (HY) credit markets, ideally operating as a corporate credit analyst or in a similar credit research role.
- A proven track record of publishing high-quality credit analysis, with specific experience analyzing credits within the TMT, Consumer/Retail, or Services/Healthcare sectors preferred.
- A strong academic background (degree level or equivalent) coupled with deep knowledge of accounting principles, corporate structures, and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, client-facing presence and the confidence to present complex investment ideas under pressure.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, with progress toward or attainment of the CFA designation considered a strong advantage.
