Job Description
As a Senior Credit Analyst at Juice Ventures Limited, you will manage complex SME underwriting assessments while building the technical infrastructure that powers lending decisions. You’ll collaborate with data and product teams to automate manual processes, monitor portfolio health, and shape the smartest lending machinery in the British market.

What You Will Do
- Execute complex underwriting assessments end-to-end for SME borrowers, applying sound commercial judgment and deep technical expertise.
- Drive the design and development of internal credit risk assessment tools, transforming manual workflows into scalable, automated infrastructure.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to enhance proprietary risk models and identify early warning signs through active portfolio monitoring.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 3–5 years of professional underwriting experience specifically within the banking, fintech, or SME lending sectors.
- Demonstrates technical mastery of credit risk metrics, financial statement analysis, and modern risk assessment methodologies.
- Possesses a self-starting mindset with the ability to interrogate borrower performance using data tools like SQL or advanced Excel modeling.
