Senior Credit Controller

Looking for your next step in Credit Control?

Are you an experienced Credit Controller with strong client relationship skills and the confidence to lead a small team? Looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact while working with a supportive and growing business?

This could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About Us

At Contact Web, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding outsourced business services to a wide range of clients. We believe our people are at the heart of our success, creating a positive, collaborative and supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join our growing finance team. This is a varied, client-facing position where you'll not only manage key accounts but also lead and support a small team of 1-2 Credit Controllers.

This is a hands-on leadership role, so alongside managing client relationships and leading the team, you'll be actively involved in the day-to-day Credit Control and Accounts Payable function. You'll lead by example, working closely with your team to ensure workloads are managed effectively and service levels are consistently delivered.

You'll act as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, building strong relationships, delivering excellent service, and ensuring accounts are managed effectively. You'll also play an active role in coaching and developing your team while driving performance against agreed KPIs and supporting continuous improvement across the function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
