Site based in Canary Wharf

Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading FM providers, we are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Lead to join our client's Global Headquarters site situated in Canary Wharf, London.

The customer are a global Corporate Bank, and this site is their centrepiece within their extensive UK Estate.

The site is major and classed as a Critical Environment with Comms Rooms, Trading Floors and other critical functions, with ISS delivering a full Engineering maintenance service.

As the Senior Critical Engineering Lead you will be the lead for all things Hard FM on site, managing a sizeable engineering team, including Managers, work closely with the client and ensure full effective Hard FM delivery.

This is a fantastic role for an established Technical Lead within the Critical space looking for their next role by helping run one of London's most iconic buildings.

Actions will include:

  • To provide leadership and management of a large Engineering and Fabric Team across the clients Global HQ Building and London Corporate Satellite Sites
  • To work collaboratively with the Campus facilities team in supporting and delivering the General Manager’s and Clients objectives.
  • Ensure Engineering and Fabric teams are coordinated in their tasks given by the Managers to allow works completion within SLA to ensure we ISS meet our contract KPI’s
  • To carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring Statutory Compliance is maintained and industry standards are meet.
  • Optimise operational performance and reliability of the Plant and associated systems to meet ISS and Client objectives.
  • Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements and ISS Safe systems of work SSOW
  • Promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
  • Adherence to Critical Environment management processes and procedures to maintain 100% business Uptime and business continuity.

We need from you:

  • An extensive background in leadership within Critical Environments, plus a strong technical background and qualification.
  • Developed client relationship management abilities.
