Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager

The Role
We’re seeking a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to:
✅ Shape the end-to-end digital customer journey across OFFICE and OFFSPRING—acquisition, retention, re-engagement, and rewards ✅ A senior, high-impact commercial role with a focus on long-term scalable growth rather than short-term fixes ✅ Lead strategy, execution, and sustainable ownership through insight-led decision-making

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Set and deliver a joined-up CRM and digital acquisition strategy (all devices & markets)
- Own performance vs revenue, traffic, retention, and cost-of-sale KPIs
- Translate customer insight and trends into scalable growth initiatives
- Act as senior stakeholder, partnering with Ecommerce, Trading, Retail, Buying, Insights, and Technology teams
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary CRM and Digital Marketing team

Customer Retention & CRM
- Build Lifecycle strategies (retention, rewards, reactivation)
- Own CRM platform (Bloomreach), improving targeting, personalisation and data usage
- Design, test, and launch a customer loyalty/rewards programme
- Ensure best-in-class data protection, privacy, and consent management
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own email strategy (aligned with trading plans and revenue targets)
- Drive continuous A/B testing and optimisation of campaigns, automations, and transactional emails
- Act as internal email performance/KPI authority (deliverability, best practice)
Digital Acquisition
- Lead multi-channel strategy (PPC, SEO, affiliates, display, paid social & app marketing)
- Manage significant media budgets with strong ROAS focus
- Develop international growth plans via structured, insight-driven campaigns
Insight, Forecasting & Governance
- Forecast CRM/acquisition revenue uplift using robust methodologies
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights
- Utilise incrementality testing & control groups to validate performance

Requirements
Essential
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing or CRM
- Proven commercial/sales-driven track record (temperature/DM/RD driven)
- Strong experience in CRM platforms (e.g. Bloomreach) and lifecycle marketing workflows
- Hands-on knowledge of paid/Organic acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, social ads)
- Budget management, forecasting & commercial decision-making experience
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics 4, GTM, & digital marketing tools
- People & stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational abilities
- Strong Excel, Power BI, and reporting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience launching or managing a loyalty/rewards programme
- International brand exposure (global marketing insights)
- Passion for fashion/footwear/lifestyle brands
