Job Description
The Senior CRM Coordinator supports the build, QA, optimisation and reporting of BAU and lifecycle CRM journeys. The role helps ensure campaigns run accurately and reliably, working closely with CRM, Creative, Ecommerce and Insights teams to deliver customer-focused activity and identify opportunities to improve performance, templates and processes.
What we are offering you
- Build, schedule and QA CRM emails, messages and lifecycle journeys in line with brand and technical standards.
- Maintain the weekly CRM schedule, balancing BAU campaigns, journey updates and optimisation activity.
- Work with CRM, Creative, Ecommerce and Insights teams to define audiences, triggers, content requirements and success measures.
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, escalating data, deliverability or performance issues with clear recommendations.
- Produce regular reports and share actionable insights to support testing, optimisation and future CRM planning.
- Support A/B testing across messaging, timing, cadence and content, ensuring tests are documented and accurately implemented.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 2 years’ CRM experience, ideally within fashion or retail.
- Experience using an ESP, CRM system or CDP; Bloomreach, Ometria, Klaviyo or Braze experience is advantageous.
- Strong organisation, communication, copywriting and prioritisation skills.
- Commercially aware, analytical, proactive and flexible.
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
