Senior CRM Executive (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract) 📍 London – Hybrid (1-2 days in the office) 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role

At Moonpig Group, our mission is to help people connect and create moments that matter. As an international group spanning Moonpig, Buyagift, Red Letter Days, and Greetz, we're continuing to grow our reach and create meaningful experiences for millions of customers.

We're looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join our New Markets team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we engage customers across the Irish, Australian, and US markets while contributing to the future growth of Moonpig Group.

Working closely with the CRM Manager, you'll use customer insights and data to design, deliver, and optimise CRM programmes that engage, inspire, and retain customers. You'll bring fresh thinking, a passion for CRM, and a curiosity for growth marketing, helping us build stronger customer relationships and increase customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop customer engagement and retention strategies across Irish, Australian, and US markets.

  • Channel Management: Support the delivery of CRM activity across multiple channels, including triggered communications, reminders, newsletters, and wider CRM projects.

  • Journey Design: Design, update, and implement customer journeys that support new initiatives and evolving customer needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
