Job Title: Senior CRM Executive @ Fast-growing, D2C lifestyle brand
Location: West London, 3x days in the office
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 DOE
A fast-growing D2C lifestyle brand is looking for a commercially driven Senior CRM Executive to take full ownership of email and SMS marketing, with a focus on customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
This is a brand with a strong, loyal customer base and ambitious growth plans, offering the opportunity to own CRM strategy end-to-end as the sole specialist in the function. You'll work closely with Graphics, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Digital Analytics teams to deliver personalised, insight-led campaigns that drive real commercial impact.
Please note: there is a defined handover period for this role, with the current post holder leaving in early September 2026. Candidates who can start promptly to allow for a minimum one-week handover will be prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of BAU and automated email and SMS campaigns, alongside other retention and conversion activity
- Manage the CRM campaign calendar across the business, keeping deadlines and priorities visible
- Build and optimise automated journeys, including welcome, nurture, and reactivation flows
- Use customer data and segmentation to personalise and target campaigns
- Run A/B testing across subject lines, creative, and CTAs to continuously improve performance
- Report on CRM performance and translate insights into actionable optimisation
- Partner cross-functionally with Graphics, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Digital Analytics teams
- Identify and implement new retention opportunities across additional channels

Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years' experience in a CRM or email marketing role, ideally within ecommerce or direct-to-consumer
- Hands-on experience with ESPs and marketing automation platforms, including building, testing, and optimising campaigns
- Commercially minded and analytical, comfortable using data to drive optimisation
- Confident working autonomously as a sole CRM specialist
- Experience briefing creative teams as well as building emails yourself
- Own-brand retail or founder-led business experience a plus
- Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent attention to detail
