Senior CRM Executive
Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Banbury | Hybrid (2 days per week)

We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital business that is significantly scaling its digital marketing team.
Operating within a test-and-learn culture, you’ll play a crucial role in designing customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing programmes with a measurable impact on business growth. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a company investing heavily in digital marketing, technology, and customer experience.
The Role
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact campaigns that boost retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Key Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Support lifecycle marketing, including:
- Welcome sequences
- Re-engagement campaigns
- Repeat purchase programmes
- Monitor campaign performance and drive A/B testing to optimise effectiveness.
- Manage audience segmentation, email assets, and campaign quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to refine customer engagement strategies.

Requirements
You’ll ideally bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, within a D2C, e-commerce, or agency context.
- Proven experience using an email marketing or CRM platform, ideally Klaviyo (or a comparable solution).
- A passion for customer retention, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
- An analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
