Senior CRM Executive
Senior CRM Executive | Manchester | Hybrid | £35,000 + Bonus
The Company:
A growing digital business is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join its collaborative marketing team. You’ll work across a range of eCommerce brands, delivering engaging CRM campaigns that drive customer retention and growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on campaign delivery and strategic input. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, helping shape CRM activity while continuing to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver email, SMS, and push campaigns across multiple brands.
- Manage CRM calendars and support campaign planning.
- Optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys.
- Analyse campaign performance and share insights with clients.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
Experience:
- 2–5 years’ experience in CRM or retention marketing.
- Experience managing email and SMS campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy and automation.
- Experience using Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
