Purpose of the Role
The Senior CRM Executive will play a key role in delivering and optimising CRM activity across Specialist Holidays Group’s six travel brands. Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager, you will take ownership of sophisticated customer journeys, advanced segmentation and personalised communications that drive revenue, repeat bookings and customer lifetime value. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRM professional to shape and enhance a multi-brand CRM programme during an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CRM Campaigns Manager to plan, build, schedule and deploy email campaigns across multiple brands.
- Design, build and optimise complex automated customer journeys and lifecycle programmes across multiple brands and channels.
- Take ownership of weekly performance reporting and ad-hoc business reports
- Support the management of the monthly CRM campaign calendar, ensuring activity aligns with trading priorities.
- Deliver flawless campaign execution by adhering to agreed processes, SLAs and quality control standards.
- Ensure all communications follow brand tone of voice and guidelines.
- Develop and implement advanced segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
- Assist in the execution of A/B tests (e.g. subject lines, creative, content variations).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Use reporting tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platform analytics to analyse performance metrics and consumer behaviour.
- Produce regular performance reports, comparing results against targets and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Support general CRM administration tasks as required.

The Person: Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (essential).
- Experience with CRM platforms (including segmentation and automations) preferably either HubSpot, Emarsys or Sales Force (essential).
- Understanding of core marketing principles including customer journey, target audience and user experience.
- Highly analytical and able to demonstrate where analysis has been used to drive outcomes
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with data and interpreting performance metrics.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- An excellent eye for creative execution and able to understand and design a proposition
- Highly flexible, positive and resilient with the ability to be innovative and collaborate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work as and be part of a team

Working Pattern
This is a full-time, office-based role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm.
