Senior CRM Executive

Fixed-term contract until October 2027

Locations: Manchester or Glasgow preferred, alternatively Birmingham, Leeds, or Edinburgh, with hybrid flexibility (2 days from home, 3 days in-office).

As a Senior CRM Executive, you’ll align yourself with an award-winning, commercially minded team, influencing CRM strategy, refining processes, and driving business growth.

This role serves as a hybrid position, with primary preference for Manchester or Glasgow, based in a non-London office. You’ll act as the CRM subject matter expert, ensuring accurate, high-quality data and tools are leveraged to deliver tangible commercial value across the firm.


Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise day-to-day CRM data management, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and high standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, demonstrating how CRM solutions address business challenges
  • Deliver targeted training programmes and provide ongoing user support across the organisation
  • Collaborate with teams such as Digital Marketing to streamline processes and enhance data quality
  • Support system enhancements, including integrations, automation, and software upgrades
  • Contribute to the development of the firm’s CRM strategy, in alignment with broader business objectives
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR and PECR, safeguarding sensitive client data

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven knowledge of a CRM system and its role in driving business development
  • Understanding of technical aspects of CRM, including data integration across multiple sources
  • Project management experience in managing and delivering small-scale projects independently
  • Ability to identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions proactively
  • Strong collaborative skills to influence and work effectively at all organisational levels
  • Experience in training development and production, including user support

Desirable

  • Technical and hands-on experience with InterAction and/or InterAction+, including administrative setup
  • A working knowledge of GDPR and PECR, specifically relating to marketing consent and data handling
  • Previous experience within a professional services firm, with an understanding of business development (including sales processes)
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance CRM system efficiency and improve data quality
